Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. 

Kindly note that we do not offer exchanges for our online purchases. We only offer refunds upon our approval & returns within 30 business days upon the reception of the package based on the original date of the order. For such request please send return inquiry by email. We will attempt to reply to your inquiry within 3-5 business days. No return parcels will be accepted without prior confirmation of return acceptance. All such parcels will be returned back to sender by default. The customer will then still be responsible for shipping / handling fee when items are not approved for refund and / or returned to us. Items returned outside of the return time frame may not be approved for refund.

For hygiene purposes no refund will be issued for any items that are worn (leggings, tops, pants, dresses, shoes, etc.), jewelry, items on sale or on promotion (ex: 2 for 1 offers), untagged / unsealed items, cosmetics & tools (lipsticks, foundation, brushes, scissors, etc.)

All our items are ineligible for exchange due to hygiene and COVID issues unless the product is defective .

When processing a order cancellation request we will kindly notify you by the email address associated / registered on your account.

You are responsible for shipping / handling charges unless the wrong item was sent by mistake or defective.

If the wrong item was received by mistake or defective, you have 7 calendar days upon reception of your purchase to notify us. For such request please send return inquiry by email. We will attempt to reply to your inquiry within 3-5 business days. Items returned outside of the return time frame may not be approved for refund or exchange.

No return parcels will be accepted without prior confirmation of return acceptance. All such parcels will be returned back to sender by default. The customer will then still be responsible for shipping / handling fee when items are not approved for refund and / or returned to us.

When returned/exchange & refund approved, all items purchased through our website must be returned by mail to our Service Center within 30 business days after you received your parcels. We will notify you by email address associated / registered on your account once your approved returned /exchange has been processed. 

Items purchased online can be refunded within 15 business days upon receipt date indicated upon the receipt sent from our electronic delivery system & that upon our approval.

If item returned / exchange has been approved we will require for you to send us back parcels with our return template form that we will send you by email upon approval. Restocking fees may apply for returned items.

All return inquiries needs to be sent by email and a reply will be sent within 5 business days.
